In April 2015, Ellen Langsetmo was served a permanent Federal Protection Order in Minnesota, where she resides. The protection order expressly prohibits her from contacting Robert Dratch and/or his known friends or business associates. She knows that I am a long-time friend of the Dratch family. She sent me the picture below in 2008.
What does this Protection (Restraining) Order say or mean?
Only four of the 98-135 email recipients are email addresses I actually use. That means that the 1032 discrete emails received represents 4128 emails that vary in size from 3k to 1.6mb -- all in direct, blatant violation of the Federal Protection Order valid in every state of the U.S. If she is apprehended in Colorado, each of these emails constitutes a separate violation of that Order with potential fines of $1000 or more per violation upon arrest.
The content of her emails runs from innocuous links to long, irrational rants threatening violence against myself, Dratch, neighbors, friends, relatives, cops, the President of the United States, and anyone who gets in her way (including members of her own family. Her recipients list includes every address ever used or posted online by anyone named Robert Dratch, variants of his name or mine, as well as those of public figures she feels might be sympathetic. Prior to a visit by the U.S. Secret Service regarding assassination threats to the POTUS, she also sent such emails to the public email accounts of the President, the White House, and other political representatives.Once arrested, Langsetmo will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of state and federal stalker laws. There will be no agreement to any plea bargains for her and/or anyone who assists her (driver, guard, etc.).
Ellen Langsetmo has repeatedly been reported for her 25-year pattern of stalking behaviors, particularly to alternating ISPs and her most common internet provider AOL. She continues to flaunt the Federal Protection Order, and is currently considered to be a fugitive from justice.
There are THREE ACTIVE warrants issued in Ellen Langsetmo's name in COLORADO, where she was originally arrested for felony trespass (in 1992), where she has gone without invitation, or consent, in her stalking pursuit of Dratch. She also continues to post a list of potential residences in Colorado where she thinks "might" be where Dratch lives.

18-8-105 Colorado Law states: "A person is an accessory to a crime if,
with intent to hinder, delay or PREVENT the discovery, detection,
apprehension, prosecution, conviction or punishment of another for the
commission of a crime, he renders assistance to such person." Any person, or persons, assisting Ellen Langsetmo to continue stalking by driving her to Colorado, or Texas, or anywhere
else to aid her in remaining a fugitive or to commit
further crimes are then liable to have themselves prosecuted as accessories to her crimes. This crime can be up to a Class 4 FELONY, punishable by up to two (2) years in prison and/or a fine up to $500,000.00!
A Note for Law Enforcement Officers and civilians considering arresting, detaining and transporting Ellen Langsetmo to Colorado for prosecution: Ellen Langsetmo has repeatedly stated in emails and blogs that she will not be "taken alive", and will take action to stop any officers (she calls them "ajents") from arresting her. She has stated in emails and blogs that she will use deadly force against anyone she feels is hindering her to do whatever, whenever, wherever to prevent being arrested. She claims to carry a Glock with armor penetrating bullets, a taser, and what she calls a 'boost' to prevent arrest. Please be aware that one may potentially suffer bodily injury or loss of life or property in attempting to apprehend her. IF Ellen Langsetmo comes to your private, residential property (without your express invitation or consent) and/or she will not leave when you request this, do not hesitate to call 911 .

- Ellen Langsetmo MUST stay away from Dratch. She MUST maintain a 200 yard distance from Dratch at any location.
- Ellen Langsetmo MUST not attempt to contact Dratch or any known associates by any means or use third parties to do so. Email contact is specifically prohibited on p.2, clause 2 of the order.
- Ellen Langsetmo may NOT legally carry any weapon of any kind (and such can be confiscated from her), according to Title 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(d)(8) and (g)(8), which negates any Second Amendment rights to carry arms.
